How to export

- Settings → Data controls → Export data.
- Unzip the download from the email.

Claude

- Upload conversations.json if you have it.
- Or paste the thread with Human: and Assistant: lines.
Grok, Gemini, anything else
- Copy the transcript out of the app.
- Keep the User: and Assistant: labels if you have them.
